60 shops take part, split into six sessions of about 10 shops each — and the whole line-up changes with every session. The organiser announces shops session by session; they are added here as they appear.

Ramen EXPO 2026 runs 21 Nov – 30 Dec 2026 in six sessions (20 days), with about 10 shops per session and 60 in total. On any given day you can only eat at that session's shops. The line-up has not been announced as of September 2026 and will be added here as soon as it is.

Ramen EXPO is not open every day — it runs in six sessions, mostly Friday to Sunday. Pick the day you plan to go and you get the session number, hours and any special notes.

Going on a Gamba Osaka match day

The Ramen EXPO site (Festival Plaza) and Panasonic Stadium Suita, Gamba Osaka's home ground, are both inside Expo '70 Commemorative Park. In 2026 there is a home match on 4 of the six session weekends, so you can do both in one day. Both share the same nearest station, Bampaku-kinen-koen on the Osaka Monorail: the park lists the Festival Plaza as a 15-minute walk, and the stadium's own site lists the stadium as a 15-minute walk.

FAQ

When will the shops be announced?

Not yet, as of September 2026. The organiser announces the line-up session by session on ramen-expo.com and X (@ramen_expo); each shop's name, region and soup type will be added here as soon as it appears.

How many shops per session?

About 10 (60 shops divided over 6 sessions).

Does the same shop appear in more than one session?

As a rule, no — the whole line-up changes each session. If there is a shop you want, go on the dates of its session.

Can I try all 60 in one day?

No. Only that day's session — about 10 shops — is on site. Visiting all 60 means going to all six sessions.
